Change of Ownership

If you sell your leisure vehicle you can transfer ownership of HAL-Locate tracker and any remaining subscription period to the new owner. Alternatively if your HAL-Locate tracker was installed by a dealership, you can elect to transfer your HAL-Locate unit and subscription to your new leisure vehicle upon payment of a de-installation and re-installation fee.

Should ownership of vehicle change, please contact the dealer responsible for fitting your HAL-Locate unit or alternatively contact the HAL-Locate support team for advice on 0844 357 6269.

Please note that we will require a decommission request from the previous owner before authorising any change over of details to new customer. This can be done over the  telephone and we will ask relevant security questions to verify identity.

Payment can be made over the phone by credit or debit card. Activation takes approximately 72 hours.
