How to Purchase HAL-Locate

To Purchase Direct

1. Call our sales line on 0844 357 6313
   We will arrange a HAL engineer local to you to fit your tracker. We will organise your fitment for a time that suits you and at a location of your choice. We will also take appropriate payment.
2. We ask you to download a copy of our HAL-Locate registration form and return to us before your arranged fitment date. (This can be posted if required.) This is to enable us to register your vehicle with the control centre before your tracker is fitted. This will ensure that we can provide monitoring for your vehicle as soon as the tracker installation is complete.
3. We will then send you your unique HAL-Locate number.
4. During the engineer visit, the engineer will ask you to contact the tracker via SMS to establish communication.

To Purchase from your Dealer or a MCEA Mobile Engineer

1. Purchase your HAL-Locate tracker from your caravan / motorhome dealer or MCEA mobile engineer.
2. The dealer / installer may have HAL-Locate systems in stock. If not, we will deliver to them within 48 hours.
3. We ask you to download a copy of our HAL-Locate registration form (this can be posted if required) and return to us before your arranged fitment date. This is to enable us to register your vehicle with the control centre before your tracker is fitted. This will ensure that we can provide monitoring for your vehicle as soon as possible.
4. We will then send you your unique HAL-Locate number.
