HAL-Locate Registration

Your HAL-Locate unit must be registered with us - only we can activate the unit for you. Your dealer may complete the form on your behalf. If not, use the form as advised.

Activation takes 72 hours and we send all relevant paperwork out by post which will include your unique HAL-Locate number. To activate your HAL-Locate unit, simply follow the instructions in your user guide and welcome letter. Please refer to our FAQ section for more information.
 
 
Please chose one of the three options to send the form to us:

EMAIL. Click on 2009 Swift Models or 2010 Swift Models  for factory fitted HAL-Locate, or Fitted by Dealer /Engineer. When the form opens please complete all fields highlighted in blue. Failure to fill in all fields may delay your registration.  On your form  - click 'Submit by Email' button and follow instructions.
Open your email box.                                                                                                                                            
Choose 'Desktop Email Application' if you use an application such as: Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mail. You will be redirected to your email box. Click 'Send'.

Choose 'Internet Email' option if you use an Internet email service such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Microsoft Hotmail, etc... Click 'OK' button. You will be redirected to save the form. Click on 'Save' and the file will be automatically saved in XML format. Go into your email box and attach the saved file. Send the email to: info@locate-sales.com.

Once you have emailed your form please contact HAL-Locate on 0844 357 6269 to make your card payment (if applicable). Alternatively cheques should be made payable to: Locate Sales and Marketing Ltd and posted to the address below.

FAX. Please download a registration form: 2009 Swift Models or  2010 Swift Models  for factory fitted HAL-Locate, or Fitted by Dealer /Engineer and print it. Complete the registration form and fax it to: 01582 578171
