If you have purchased one of the following vehicles from the Swift group (2009 range onwards), your vehicle will be fitted with a HAL-Locate tracker as standard.

Your dealer will ensure that your tracker is fully functioning before you collect your vehicle by asking you to complete registration paperwork at point of sale, and ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken to connect the tracker before you collect your leisure vehicle.

Activation

Activation takes 72 hours and we sent all relevant paperwork out by post which will include your unique HAL-Locate number which is specific to your tracker. To activate your tracker simply follow the instructions in your user guide and welcome letter. Please refer to our FAQ section for more information.

Upgrading your Swift Group monitoring cover

We are certain that you will appreciate the peace of mind that having a HAL-Locate tracker brings, so we have put together a package that means that you can save money at the same time as enjoying peace of mind and enjoying the freedom you get by owning your Caravan or Motorhome.

By purchasing additional monitoring for your Leisure vehicle you can actually make a saving. By taking out a 5 year cover, you can get your monitoring for as little as £87.50 a year. Many insurance companies will offer between 5% and 25% discount for having a PRO-ACTIVE tracker fitted, which effectively pays for any additional years monitoring you choose.

If you have already subscribed to your first years monitoring and you wish to extend your cover to 3 or 5 years monitoring, contact customer services to make payment.
Prices are as follows:

Add an additional 2 years to your first years cover for £200
Add an additional 4 years to your first years cover for £350

If paid annually, cover costs are £150 per year.

Direct Debit

If you are currently on our previous payment scheme whereby you paid for HAL-Locate texts monthly, you can now upgrade at the price stated above which includes all your SMS charges and line rental, so no more monthly invoices. Just one payment!
